DWQZ SERIES EDDY-CURRENT TRANSDUCER
OVERVIEW
Eddy-current transducer is a kind of non-contacting transducer. It has the advantage of high stability large measurable range high sensitivity and good resolution ratio and so on. So it can be widely used in power petrol-chemical metallurgy industry to measure the dynamic and static displacement for steam turbine hydraulic turbine air blower compressor gear case pump and so on. For example:
Radial and axial displacement
Differential expansion
Shaft eccentricity
Vibration
Phase marker
In order to meet the all requirements of measurable solution, there are some types of transducer can be used. According to the diameter of sensor there are DWQZΦ8mm DWQZΦ11mm and DWQZΦ25mm three types. According to the length of the system there are 5m and 9m two types.

2. SYSTEM COMPOSITION
Consists of DWQZ sensor DWQZ extension cable and DWQZ driver.
DWQZ Sensor
Consists of sensor tip stainless steel case coax cable and coax connector. According to the diameter of sensor there are DWQZΦ8mm DWQZΦ11mm and DWQZΦ25mm three types can be used.(Φ8mm Φ11mm Φ25mm) According to the different requirement of mounting there are three types can be used. (forward mount type reverse mount type and unthreaded type). And there are two kinds of cable length (1m and o.5m) can be used.
DWQZ Extension cable
There are SMA self-lock connectors on the two ends of extension cable. On one end, there is a fuel proof sleeve to protect the connector against pollution to improve the reliability. Four types cable length can be used. (4m 4.5m 8m and 8.5m)
DWQZ Driver
Driver is the core part of the transducer system, it consists of oscillator bridge circuit detection circuit amplifier and linearizer. It combines with extension cable and sensor to be the DWQZ Eddy-current transducer. According to the diameter of the sensor tip there are three kinds of driver to be selected(Φ8ｍｍ、Φ11ｍｍ、Φ25ｍｍ).
