      ZXP6A vibration acquisition and analysis instrument is a vibration analysis instrument developed by our company. It is mainly used for inspection tests, start-stop tests, frequency tests and online monitoring and analysis of the vibration conditions of steam turbine generator sets and auxiliary equipment.

     ZXP6A vibration acquisition and analysis instrument adopts a miniaturized and intelligent design, featuring powerful functions, flexible configuration, user-friendly interface, and simple and convenient operation. It can serve as an effective tool for equipment inspection, vibration control, fault diagnosis, and on-site dynamic balancing. Meanwhile, it can provide assistance for equipment safety analysis and assessment, fault diagnosis, and condition-based maintenance.





Main functional features    

Signal input/output and processing

Basic input signal: 1 key phase (eddy current/photoelectric /TTL);

Six vibration signals (eddy current, velocity, acceleration);

For commonly used ICP-type piezoelectric acceleration sensors, provide an embedded power supply.

◎ Data collection

High-speed, synchronous vibration signal data acquisition, 16-bit A/D, with a sampling rate of up to 300K per channel.

The key signal triggers the full-cycle sampling of the channel through phase-locked frequency doubling, and the instrument provides a phase-locked status light display.

Real-time monitoring: Display rotational speed, on-frequency amplitude, power frequency amplitude, phase, etc. in the form of bar charts and tables.

Vibration analysis: It provides a variety of tools for vibration analysis, including data lists, time-domain waveform diagrams, axis trajectory diagrams, spectrum diagrams, axis centerline position diagrams, Bode plots, polar coordinate diagrams, time trend diagrams, cascade diagrams, waterfall diagrams, and trend analysis.
